He also co-founded Integrated Cardiovascular Resource Solutions Inc., a publicly traded multi-service healthcare company that revolutionized staffing and clinical services across Southern California. Under his leadership, the enterprise delivered Perfusion, Nursing Registry, Ultrasound, and inventory management solutions to over 100 hospitals, generating annual revenues exceeding $40 million and supporting 150 full-time employees.
Peter’s influence extends into academia through his role as Associate Faculty at Loma Linda University, where he developed the concept, business plan, and marketing strategy for the pioneering bachelor’s program in Cardiac Electrophysiology Technology (CEPT).
